The following Directors and PDMRs were today awarded £3,000 worth of free
shares under the Company's Share Incentive Plan (SIP). The SIP is an
all-employee HMRC approved share plan. The share price used to calculate the
number of shares awarded was 318.16p. This price is the average of the middle
market price for the five days preceding the date of award.
