SEGRO plc (the Company)
On 15 May 2013, the following Directors and PDMRs were awarded free shares to
the value of £3,000 under the Company's Share Incentive Plan (SIP). The SIP is
an all-employee HMRC approved share plan. The share price used to calculate the
number of shares awarded was 283.38 pence. This price is the average of the
middle market price for the five days preceding the date of award.
