SEGRO plc Savings Related Share Option Scheme (Sharesave)

On 20 June 2012, the following PDMR exercised options over ordinary shares
(Shares) in the Company pursuant to the maturity of the Company's 2009
three-year Sharesave. All Shares allotted on the exercise of these options were
retained by the PDMR.
