information obtained under Part 22 of the Companies Act 2006.

Please note that on 11 May 2007, Slough Estates plc (the "Company") was
notified that Legal & General Investment Management acting as agents for its
discretionary clients hold (either directly or indirectly) a beneficial
interest and a non-beneficial interest totaling 19,317,614 ordinary shares of
25p each representing a total interest of 4.09% of the issued share capital of
the company.
