Rule 2.10 announcement - number of relevant securities in issue
In accordance with Rule 2.10 of the City Code on Takeovers and Mergers, the
Company announces that following its share consolidation becoming effective at
the close of business on 30 July 2009 and admission to the Official List and to
trading on the London Stock Exchange's main market for listed securities at
8.00 a.m. today of 119,047,619 new ordinary shares of 10 pence each it has
686,784,778 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in issue.
The Company does not hold any shares in Treasury.
