SEGRO plc (the Company) Scrip Dividend Scheme - Scrip Calculation Price
On 25 February 2010, the Company announced that, subject to shareholder
approval at its 2010 Annual General Meeting, a Scrip Dividend Scheme will be
introduced. The Board has recommended a Final Dividend of 9.4 pence per share
(to be paid entirely as a Property Income Distribution) to shareholders and the
Scrip Dividend Scheme will be offered in respect of this payment.
The Scrip Calculation Price which will be used in determining the number of new
ordinary shares is 317.7 pence.
