Director/PDMR Shareholding - AMENDED

Further to the announcement made on 29th February 2008 regarding the
shareholding of Kevin Beeston, non-executive Chairman, and persons connected
with him, Serco Group plc advises that Mr Beeston has interests through the
Company's share-based incentives schemes in 2,051,005 shares and not 2,022,488
shares as previously advised.  He and persons connected with him also hold
100,000 ordinary shares in the Company.
