Serco Group plc was notified on 14 May 2008 by Margaret, Baroness Ford of
Cunninghame, a non-executive director, that on 14 May 2008 she acquired a total
of 2,017 Serco Ordinary Shares at price of £4.4315 per share.
This notice is given in fulfilment of the obligations under DR3.1.2R and
DR3.1.4 (1)(a)R.
