Director/PDMR Shareholding

Serco Group plc was notified on 5th June 2008 by Thomas Corcoran, a
non-executive director, that on 2nd June 2008 he acquired a total of 4,000
Serco Ordinary Shares at price of USD8.92 per share.

This notice is given in fulfilment of the obligations under DR3.1.2R and
DR3.1.4 (1)(a)R.
