Serco Group plc was notified on 5 December 2008 that, on 4 December 2008, Mr
Andrew Jenner exercised 7,422 options granted under the 1998 Executive Share
Option Plan at a price of £2.45 per share and sold 5,628 Serco Ordinary Shares
at a price of £4.135 per share. The unsold balance of 1,794 shares was
transferred to Mr Jenner's spouse.
This notice is given in fulfilment of the obligations under DTR3.1.4R.
