Director/PDMR Shareholding

Serco Group plc was notified on 10 October 2008 by Leonard Victor Broese van
Groenou, a non-executive director, that on 10 October 2008 he acquired a total
of 2,000 Serco Ordinary Shares at a price of £3.5765 per share.

This notice is given in fulfilment of the obligations under DR3.1.2R and
DR3.1.4 (1)(a)R.
