Serco Group plc (the "Company") was notified on 8 March 2011 that, on 7 March
2011, Ed Casey, a person discharging managerial responsibility, exercised
13,586 nil cost options, granted on 12 November 2007 under the Company's 2006
Long Term Incentive Plan. The shares acquired on exercise were sold on the
London market at a price of 617 pence per share.
The Company was also notified that, on 8 March 2011, the individuals detailed
in the table below, each a person discharging managerial responsibility,
exercised nominal cost options granted on 12 November 2007 under the Company's
2006 Long Term Incentive Plan. The shares acquired on exercise were sold on
the London market at a price of 603.9275 pence per share.
