Director/PDMR Shareholding

Serco Group plc (the "Company") was notified on 20 October 2009 that, on 19
October 2009, Kevin Beeston, Chairman, and persons connected with him entered
into transactions in the Company's ordinary shares in the London market. In
total, 76,800 shares were sold at 535.3473 pence per share, of which 26,800
were registered in the name of Mr Beeston's wife, Mrs Jayne Beeston, with the
balance being held by Mr Beeston directly.

This notice is given in fulfilment of obligations under DTR3.1.2R and DTR3.1.4R
(1)(a).
