Serco Group plc (the "Company") was notified on 26 August 2011, that on 25
August 2011, Mr Paul Brooks, a Non-Executive Director purchased 10,000 shares
in the Company at 509.5 pence per share.
This notice is given in fulfilment of obligations under DTR3.1.2R and DTR3.1.4R
(1)(a).
