Serco Group plc (the "Company") was notified on 23 June 2011, that on 22 June
2011, Mrs Angie Risley, a Non-Executive Director purchased 4,399 shares in the
Company at 563.5 pence per share.
This notice is given in fulfilment of obligations under DTR3.1.2R and DTR3.1.4R
(1)(a).
