Serco Group plc (the "Company") was notified on 31 May 2013, that on 30 May
2013, Mrs Angie Risley, a Non-Executive Director purchased 1,568 shares in the
Company at 631.425 pence per share.
This notice is given in fulfilment of obligations under DTR3.1.2R and DTR3.1.4R
(1)(a).
