Serco Group plc was informed today, that on 8 May 2007 that Senior Executives
of the Company (persons discharging managerial responsibilities) were granted
awards under the 2006 Long Term Incentive Plans to acquire the number ordinary
shares of 2p each in the Company shown opposite their names:

The shares relate to the 2007-2009 performance period. The actual number of
shares which vest will depend on the extent to which performance conditions

the Companies Act 1985 and DR 3.1.2.R.
