Director/PDMR Shareholding

Serco Group plc was notified on 23 May 2007 by Leonard Broese van Groenou, a
non-executive director, that on 23 May 2007 he acquired a total of 1440 Serco
Ordinary Shares at 480.49p per share.

This notice is given in fulfilment of the obligations under DR3.1.2R and
DR3.1.4 (1)(a)R.
