Serco Group plc was notified today by Margaret, Baroness Ford of Cunninghame, a
non-executive director, that on 12th September 2007 (today) she acquired a
total of 1,649 Serco Ordinary Shares at £4.21.
This notice is given in fulfilment of the obligations under DR3.1.2R and
DR3.1.4 (1)(a)R.
