Changes to the Board

Serco Group plc (the "Company") announces today that Baroness Ford of
Cunninghame and Mr Tom Corcoran will be retiring from their positions as Non
Executive Directors of the Company when their respective terms end around the
turn of the year.

David Richardson will be appointed to the position of Senior Independent
Director upon Baroness Ford's retirement.

As is normal in these circumstances the Company has commenced a recruitment
exercise to identify appropriate successors.

Alastair Lyons, Chairman of Serco Group plc, thanks both Margaret Ford and Tom
Corcoran for their valued contribution to the Company during their time on the
Board, and extends his and the Board's best wishes for the future.
