Malcolm Wyman Appointed as Non-Executive Director of Serco Group plc 6 December 2012 Serco Group plc (Serco), the leading international service company, is pleased to announce the appointment of Malcolm Wyman as a non-executive director with effect from 1 January 2013. Malcolm will succeed David Richardson as Serco's Audit Committee Chairman on David's retirement, which is expected to be around the time of the Company's 2013 AGM. Malcolm Wyman, 66, a chartered accountant, is a non-executive director of Imperial Tobacco plc in the UK, a non-executive director of Tsogo Sun Holdings Limited and Senior Independent Director and Audit Committee Chairman of Nedbank Group Limited in South Africa. He was previously an executive director and the Chief Financial Officer of SABMiller plc, until his retirement in July 2011. Alastair Lyons, Serco's Chairman, said: "I am delighted to have Malcolm joining our Board and providing succession as Chairman of our Audit Committee. His significant financial and international business experience will enable him to make a strong contribution to the work of both."
