Retirement of Non Executive Director

Serco Group plc (the "Company") confirms that David Richardson will retire from
the Board at the end of the Company's annual general meeting on 15 May 2013.
Malcolm Wyman, who joined the Board in January 2013, will succeed David as both
Senior Independent Director and Chair of the Company's Audit Committee from the
date of David's retirement. Commenting on David's retirement, Alastair Lyons,
Chairman, Serco Group plc, said: "I would like to thank David on behalf of the
Board for his wise counsel during his ten years as a non-executive Director and
for his stewardship of the Audit Committee for nine of those. He takes with him
our very best wishes for the future."
