Ahead of the end of Serco Group plc's financial year, and following our recent
Interim Management Statement released on 17 November 2011, we will be holding
our customary pre-close meetings with analysts over the coming days. No new
material information will be disclosed. Serco will release its 2011 full year
results on Tuesday 28 February 2012.
