Serco signs Memorandum of Understanding with UK Government

Serco Group plc (Serco), the international service company, is pleased to
announce that it has today signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the
UK Central Government to deliver savings on a number of its contracts.
The savings will be made through scope changes and cost efficiencies and are
not material to the Group's financial expectations.
Christopher Hyman, Serco Group plc Chief Executive, said: "I am very pleased
that we have signed our MoU with the UK Government and we look forward to
continuing to support our customer in the delivery of essential public
services."
Serco confirms its financial guidance as previously stated and will publish its
Interim Management Statement on Monday 15 November at 07:00.
