Serco Group plc is today hosting a seminar on its Transport business.

The seminar will focus on the transport market, Northern Rail and Serco's Urban
Transportation business, specifically light rail and transport management
systems.

No material new information or details on current trading will be disclosed
during the presentation. An update on current trading will be given in the
pre-close statement on 27 June 2005.
