In accordance with DTR 3.1.4(1)(a), Capital & Counties Properties PLC announces
that the following awards were made to Executive Directors on 9 March 2012:

 A. PERFORMANCE SHARE PLAN
   
Pursuant to the Company's Performance Share Plan, the following awards of nil
cost options were made based on a market value of 190.7 p per share:

 B. MATCHING SHARE PLAN
   
 i. Pursuant to the Company's Matching Share Plan the following deferred nil
    cost options were awarded based on a market value of 190.7p per share.
    These awards represent the 50% of each Executive Director's bonus that was
    deferred into shares for three years:
