The Company has been notified that, Amanda Yardley, wife of the Company's
Investment Director, Gary Yardley, has today sold a total of 68,059 ordinary
shares of 25p each to Mr. Yardley's SIPP account at a price of 174.30 pence per
share.

Gary Yardley's interest in the Company remains unchanged at 240,160 ordinary
shares of 25p each (0.035%).
