Directors' Acquisition of Shares

  

Capital & Counties Properties PLC (the "Company") has been notified that:

 i. Director Share Purchase:
   
On 28 March 2012, Soumen Das, the Company's Finance Director, purchased a total
of 62,700 ordinary shares of 25p each at an average price 191.028p per share.

Soumen Das now holds 199,046 ordinary shares of 25p each in the Company
(0.029%).

ii. Awards of Matching Options:
   
Pursuant to the Company's Matching Share Plan, on 28 March 2012, the following
nil cost matching options were awarded:
