Listing Rule 9.6.3


In compliance with Listing Rule 9.6.1, the Company has submitted two copies of
each of the documents listed below to the Document Viewing Facility of the UK
Listing Authority:

(a)   the St Ives plc Annual Report and Accounts 2006;                         
                                                                               
(b)   the Notice to shareholders convening the forthcoming Annual General      
      Meeting on 4th December 2006 at 11.00 a.m. at St Ives House, Lavington   
      Street, London SE1 0NX; and                                              
                                                                               
(b)   the Form of Proxy in relation to the Annual General Meeting.
