St Ives plc - Directors' declarations

Further to the recent announcement in respect of the appointment of David Best
and Richard Stillwell as non-executive directors of St Ives plc with effect
from 1 September 2006, the Company confirms pursuant to Listing Rule 9.6.11
that they will both be members of the Audit and Remuneration Committees and
pursuant to Listing Rule 9.6.13 that:

David Best is currently non-executive chairman of SHL Group plc and a
non-executive director of Plasmon PLC, both publicly quoted companies. He was
previously a non-executive director of CODASciSys plc and chairman of Eckoh
Technologies plc, both AIM listed companies.

Richard Stillwell is currently a non-executive director of BBA Group plc and
Penna Consulting plc, both publicly quoted companies.

There is no information required to be disclosed in respect of either director
pursuant to Listing Rule 9.6.13R (2) to (6).
