Further to the announcement made on 15 July 2013 regarding the appointment of
Ben Gordon as a non-executive director of St Ives plc (the 'Company'), the
Company confirms that there are no details to be disclosed under UKLA Listing
Rule 9.6.13R (2) to (6) of the Listing Rules.
