Resignation of director
The board of St Ives plc announces that Mr Tony Stuart has resigned as a
non-executive director of the Company, together with all of its Committees,
with effect from 30 June 2013.
Mr. Stuart, who joined the Board in January 2011, is planning to move overseas.
The board thanks Mr. Stuart for his contribution to the Company and offers its
best wishes to him in his new venture.
The Board has put in hand a suitable process for recruiting an independent
non-executive director to succeed Mr, Stuart, and will in due course make a
further announcement in this respect.
