St Ives plc - ('the Company') Transaction in own shares

St Ives plc announces that, on 17 October 2013, it purchased through Numis
Securities Limited 1,684,939 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company at
a price of 162.0 pence per share. The purchased shares will all be held as
treasury shares.

 

Following the above purchase, the Company holds 1,724,939 ordinary shares in
Treasury and has a total of 119,978,490 ordinary shares of 10p each (excluding
shares held in Treasury) in issue. The number of ordinary shares held in
treasury now represents approximately 1.418% of the voting rights attributable
to the total ordinary shares in issue prior to the latest purchase.
