Sopheon plc announces that it has issued 39,166 ordinary shares of nominal
value 5p each in connection with the exercise of options, at exercise prices
ranging from 14.75p to 16.25p, by former employees. Application has been made
for the new ordinary shares to be admitted to trading on AIM and dealings are
expected to commence on 14 October 2004.
