Additional Listing and Directors Shareholding
Sopheon plc announces that it has issued 208,333 ordinary shares of 5p each in
connection with the exercise of conversion rights in respect of £25,000 nominal
value of convertible loan stock by a director, Bernard P F Al, increasing his
total holding to 601,333 ordinary shares of 5p each. In addition, Sopheon plc
has issued 78,941 ordinary shares of 5p each in connection with the exercise of
options by a former employee. Application has been made for the new ordinary
shares to be admitted to trading on AIM and dealings are expected to commence
on 9 September 2004.
