Sopheon plc announces that it has issued 62,638 ordinary shares in connection
with the exercise of share options by a departing employee, at exercise prices
of 14.75p and 16.25p. Application has been made for the new ordinary shares to
be admitted to trading on AIM and dealings are expected to commence on 12
October 2006.
