Sopheon plc announces that a director, Mr B K Mence, yesterday purchased
176,570 ordinary shares of 5p each at a price of 22.5 pence per share, changing
the total holding in which Mr Mence is beneficially interested to 11,173,847
ordinary shares, representing 9.64% of the Company's issued share capital. The
shares were purchased from Norman Nominees Limited, changing their total
shareholding to 4,474,593 ordinary shares, representing 3.86% of the Company's
issued share capital.
