Issue Equity
Sopheon plc the international provider of software and services that improve
the financial return from innovation and product development investments has
placed a total of 3,600,000 ordinary shares at 23p per share to raise £828,000
(approximately before expenses).
Issued to satisfy market demand, the proceeds will be used for the provision of
working capital for the Company. Application has been made for the new ordinary
shares to be admitted to trading on AIM and dealings are expected to commence
on 30 January 2004.
