Mr Jeremy Morcom

Disposal on 12 June 2013 of 15,000 Ordinary shares of 5p each at a price of £
2034.6582 per share.

Following this transaction Mr Morcom's total holding in shares of the Company
is 24,907, representing less than 0.1% of its issued share capital.
