Disposal of shares in the Company.

The Company was informed by the individual below of the transaction on 24 February 2013.  

Mr Roger Stephens.

Disposal on 20 February 2013 of 46,126 Ordinary shares of 5p each at a price of
£24.491 per share.

Following this transaction Mr Stephens' total holding in shares of the Company
is 25,135, representing less than 0.1% of its issued share capital.
