The Company was informed by the individual below of the transaction on 30 April
2014.  

Mr Roger Stephens.

Acquisition of 1,645 Ordinary shares of 5p each at a price of £22.02811 pence
per share.

Following this transaction Mr Stephens' total holding in shares of the Company
is 26,780, representing less than 0.1% of its issued share capital.
