of shares in the Company by a person connected to a person dispensing
managerial responsibility in respect of the Company.

The Company was informed by the individual below of the transaction on 29 July
2014.  

Clive Graeme Watson

Disposal by Mary Watson (spouse of Clive Watson) on 29 July 2014 in London of
1,941 Ordinary shares of 5p each at a price of £19.155 per share.

Following this transaction Clive Watson and Mary Watson's combined total
holding in shares of the Company is 119,500, representing approximately 0.1% of
its issued share capital (excluding treasury shares).
