Spectris plc
Withdrawal of Notification of Major Interest in Shares
Massachusetts Financial Services Company ("MFS") has contacted Spectris plc
("Spectris") to withdraw the Notification of Major Interest in Shares dated 6
March 2015 in which MFS notified Spectris that it controlled 10.0924% of the
voting rights in Spectris as of 4 March 2015 (the "March TR-1 Notification").
MFS has indicated to Spectris that the March TR-1 Notification was not accurate
as the total voting rights controlled by MFS as of 4 March 2015 was 9.58%. For
this reason, the March TR-1 Notification was not necessary and has been
withdrawn by MFS.
