Director / PDMR Shareholding
Further to the announcement made earlier today, SRT announces that it has
received notification that Simon Rogers, Chairman of the Company, has completed
the sale of 2,200,000 ordinary shares of 0.1p each at a price of 40p per share
as a result of institutional demand. Following the sale Mr. Rogers holds
14,783,900 ordinary shares representing 14.1 per cent of the issued share
capital of the Company as enlarged by the placing announced today which is
scheduled to complete on 16 November 2010.
