Software Radio Technology plc ("SRT" or the "Company")
Grant of Options
The Directors of SRT announce that on 19 July 2007 the Company granted options
over 500,000 ordinary shares of 0.1p each to Neil Peniket, a Director of SRT.
The first tranche of 250,000 options will vest on 1 October 2007 and are
exercisable when the share price of the Company has exceeded 60p for 30
consecutive calendar days. The second tranche will vest on 1 October 2008 and
are exercisable when the share price of the Company has exceeded 80p for 30
consecutive calendar days. The exercise price for both tranches of options is
42p and the options have an exercise period of 10 years from the vesting date.
