HOLDING IN COMPANY
By a notice dated 1 March 2007, Software Radio Technology plc (the "Company")
was informed on 5 March 2007 that, following the purchase of 365,000 ordinary
shares at 48p on 28 February 2007, Gartmore Investments Limited ("GIL"),
Gartmore Fund Managers Limited ("GFM") and Gartmore Global Partners ("GGP")
(together "Gartmore") have increased their reportable interest in the share
capital of the Company.
