Result of EGM
The Directors of Software Radio Technology plc ("SRT" or the "Company") are
pleased to announce that at the extraordinary general meeting held today the
resolution was duly passed.
As a result, the second tranche of 2,380,953 placing shares raising
approximately GBP1million, as announced on 29 March 2007, have been issued and
allotted conditional only on admission to trading on AIM which is expected to
take place on 24 April 2007.
Following the issue of the new shares, there are 87,810,892 ordinary shares of
0.1p of SRT in issue with each share carrying the right to one vote.
