Resignation of Director

The Board of Range announces the resignation of Non-Executive Director Mr. Ian
Macliver, effective immediately.

Mr. Macliver has tendered his resignation based upon increased commitments in
other endeavours and the Board wishes him all the best in his other ventures.

The Company will advise the appointment of a non-executive director in the
coming days.
