Change of Company Chairman

As stated in the Annual Financial Report dated 17 September 2014, the Board
announces that Mr John Hodson has stepped down as Chairman of the Company, with
immediate effect.

Mr Richard Hills has been appointed as Chairman, also with immediate effect.

The Board wishes to thank Mr Hodson for his valuable leadership of the Company
since its inception in 2005.

In order to maintain continuity during the refreshment of the Board, it has
been decided that Mr Hodson will retire as a Director of the Company in early
2015.
