Completion of Share Buy Back Programme

                    COMPLETION OF SHARE BUY-BACK PROGRAMME                    

Further to the Board's announcement of a share buy-back programme on 8 April
2011, the Board confirms that the programme has now been completed.  The
Company may buy back further ordinary shares through the market pursuant to its
general authority granted by shareholders at the Company's last annual general
meeting held on 9 November 2010.
